Can I trust your recommendations?

ANSWER: The information that we use to calculate the savings are constantly updated and is provided directly from the suppliers themselves and includes all historic tariffs. We are completely independent and unbiased, simply concentrating on finding the best supplier for you.

How do the Gas and Electricity calculations work?

ANSWER: Our calculations will always include:

• Discounts for paying by a certain method (e.g. monthly direct debit)
• Dual fuel discounts
• Online discounts
• Compulsory paperless billing discounts
• Fixed charges (e.g. a fixed monthly fee)

Our calculations will not include:

• Introductory sign up offers that may be for a limited time/one-time discounts/special offers
• Discounts that depend on customers behaving in a certain way (e.g. prompt pay)
• Discounts that apply to other services that a supplier may add to a product offering
• Non price offers

Do the calculations include V.A.T.?

ANSWER: Yes, all figures displayed include V.A.T. at the correct rates (e.g. utilities being 5%).
