Going To Court

First check that the lender received your recorded letter and that 14 days have passed

You can make your claim online or in person at the courts. You will also need to make your claim in person if you are exempt from charges. To find out if you are exempt then follow the link HM COURT GUIDANCE

If you are exempt from charges you will need to fill out the form EX160

The next step is to print off the list of charges that you made when you sent your 14 day letter, this time you can include the 8% interest to add onto the claim.

You will also need three copies of the N1 Form, you can fill the form out online and print it if you are going to take it to the court.

Claiming online is just the same as above, but you will need a debit or credit card to pay.

CLICK HERE to make your claim, you can also track every stage of the claim online.
